Hunting Leases

U.S. Insurance Services program is geared toward the outdoor activities of hunting and fishing, specifically where a guide is involved. An activity where a professional guide accompanies the client enhances the pleasure, knowledge and safety of all the participants. Some of our coverage features also available are noted below:
Coverage Features
Liability
- Comprehensive General Liability – Limits up to $3,000,000
- Premises Liability includes coverage for hunting and fishing tours, bow hunting and wing shooting preserves
- Coverage available for fishing boats under 25 feet
- Special coverage available for cross-country skiing, snowmobile and bike tours
- This liability coverage protects outfitters, guides and clubs from claims brought by guests and others
- Special Events Coverage for activities such as fishing contests, bow and hunting classes (This feature also extends to trade shows and other outdoor activities)
- Protection and Indemnity coverage available for on water liability exposures
Property
- Blanket Limits with large in-house capacity
- All Risk on Building, Contents, Loss of Income and Extra Expense
- Agreed Value Endorsement available with property appraisal
- Inland Marine coverage floater developed for equipment such as cameras, radios, electronics, rods, reels, guns, boats and other property (Also includes property of others)
Automobile
- Includes protection for both business and personal vehicles so long as vehicles are registered in company name
- Coverage for hired and non-owned vehicles available
Directors’ and Officers’ Liability
- Addresses membership discrimination allegations for hunting and fishing clubs

Documents Required for Proposal
- Completed and signed Guides and Outfitters application and risk survey
- Completed ACORD applications
- Brochures and/or web site
- Waiver of Liability
- Evidence of proper licenses
- “No loss” letter signed and dated by the insured for accounts below $10,000 in annual premium
