Current Openings
Customer Service Representative: Jacksonville Florida.
Our Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting our agent and customer base with processing insurance in our Policy Tracking System. A 440 license is required. As the "voice of the company" CSR's are required to be knowledgeable about our products and services and to efficiently and courteously handle phone calls. We are looking for people that have a proven strong work ethic, are self directed and have a positive can do attitude. Additionally candidate must be able to work well as part of a team.
